Your doctor will perform an exam based on your history and may order x-rays or other tests or evaluations which usually are performed on the same day. Our front desk will set you up with a follow-up appointment within 48 hours to go over your findings with you, and in the meantime the clinical staff will have a team meeting about you. All of our physicians and other key members of our clinical team meet twice a day to discuss patients; we collaborate on each patient’s initial findings and also each patient’s progress once treatment has started. We can’t be the clinical solution for every patient—no one can. However, we can treat every patient with care and respect, and that is what we strive to do at Medical Center Plus. And our promise is that if it turns out we can’t help clinically, we will do our best to get you to someone who can. Our mission is your healing.

So the first thing we do after having you fill out your information is have you meet with one of our Case Managers to go over your history with you and help identify important details that may make all the difference in determining how to solve your problem. Then your case manager will meet briefly with your case doctor to review your information and will introduce the two of you to each other.
